A little laugh for everyone

I remember when I was younger there was a cartoon I used to watch. I love cartoons because they always just seem to make you giggle when you need the laugh the most. Well, my favorite was Looney Tunes.......and Brian does the perfect impression of one of the characters. So here is my hubby, making his acting debut, doing what he does best. Being a Looney Tune of course! Thanks for the laugh babe......love you and thanks for making me smile!

Oh the memories.........

First of all, I made sure that there were no "exposed" private parts before I posted this so you can all just relax and take a deep breath............................It just reminded me of when I was younger and Christy, Robin & I would take baths together and play with our barbie dolls or in Christy's case, He-Men and She-Ra dolls. It cracked me up that they took so long to line them all up and then actually have them sitting on the edge like that. I remember making my dollies swim, but I don't actually think I had this many (I went through many that got great haircuts, their poor torsos thrown into the hedges- right dad?)- but I never had so many dolls at once. The memories..........sweet, sweet memories.

To Christy, with love.........

So I'm watching TV and there's this new show called "yo gabba gabba". It's ridiculous, but the tunes are quite catchy..........so I'm watching it the other day and the big orange guy with one eye (whose name escapes me at the moment), goes into a dance routine which made me laugh so hard I started to cry. So I hit rewind and busted out my camera......I figured Christy would get a big kick out of something orange and spiky dancing........anyone want to say what they think it looks like???? LOL.

Don't I look beautiful?

Last night Delaney decided she was going to pretend she was mommy and she put on my mascara........besides creating a unibrow, I think she got her lashes! She made that cute puckering face us women make, our eyes looking up, mouth kind of open.....it was adorable.
Girly girl at last.....I'm lovin' it!

Our visit with the DAWGZ

Brendan and I were invited to Christy & Cindy's tonight to visit our newest member of the family Jacoby Ellsbury Sara Vaicius-Curran. Wow...what an earful! Brian stayed home with Lela due to her allergies, and Della was a bit under the weather with a cold. Samma went with her friend Lauren to a Hannah Montana Slumber Party (not really a sleepover, but a three hour event/fundraiser for the Braintree Varsity Cheerleading Team). But I digress......

We saw our beautiful little doggies, Apollo James & Jolie Marie along with their new sister, Jacoby Ellsbury Sara.......so here are a few shots of our gorgeous puppyfaces.........

The last photo is when I decided to use Jacoby as a pillow and lucky me, she loves to play with hair! I love my hair rubbed so I let her nuzzle it.........it was hilarious! So welcome to our family Jacoby.......your auntie just loves her hair nuzzled.

Good night Apollo James......sweet dreams to my goddoggy Jolie Marie.......I love you all. (Christy & Cindy too)

We're off to see the wizard.....I mean aaah Blizzard?

Delaney was going through her closet when she found an old costume that belonged to her cousin, Brittney, when she was Della's age. I remember as if it were yesterday when Britt (and her sister, Cort) were dressed up as Dorothy from the wizard of oz......so here's my blonde Dorothy mugging it up for the camera.......

Another Day in Lovely New England (Seriously!)

Ok, I know some people hate the changing weather in New England, but I just LOVE it. I could never withstand a hot climate for long but bring on the cool arctic air and I'm a madwoman!

Yesterday was a beautiful day, high in the 50's......I took Natalie out in the yard to play and here she was in the swing.....lovely right?

Fastforward to today, we had a noreaster! LOVE IT. Everything looks so pretty covered in the snow and I couldn't wait to go out and take photos of the falling (Yup) falling, trees......check out my deck! And the tree near Brian's RENTAL because his car is in the shop for a few weeks after a lil' fender bender.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

The holidays may be over but......

the last of the celebration happened last week while I was taking down the tree and putting away the Christmas stuff :( Boo Hoo until next year. My house looks so naked.

Anyway, Delaney decided to run around posing (naked might I add) with a cut out of Santa.....we were laughing because she was running through the house and Natalie wasn't far behind yelling "ho ho ho".....so this photo is for my mom who is already missing "santa"......I love ya.

and then Tyler, Delaney's cousin came by for a visit and they had so much fun playing Delaney's holiday favorite, "The Nutcracker". Delaney dressed in the dress she wore to the Nutcracker and was spinning Tyler around yelling "nutcracker". It was fabulous......

So now it's back to the daily grind. Schedules are back and school is back in session and now I'll be back in school *gulp* tomorrow. Wish me luck!
