Sweet Dreams to my Baby Girls

This photo was taken in March of 2005. Delaney was only a few weeks old, but it is one of the photos I cherish with all my heart. Tonight, when I was getting the girls ready for bed, Samantha read her two books, as usual, and then wanted to "Imagine". We do this ritual every night before bed when we sit and think about something "sweet" to dream about. So we imagined her birthday party this year as she already has it all planned. She wants a bouncy in the backyard, all her friends and family, and a clown. So I told her to think about food and what type of cake she wanted and she replied with "I don't want a cake. Grandma told me about these great cupcakes that were sugar free and I think that's a great idea so all the kids don't get hyper".....as I laughed she then put her head down on the pillow. When I went back in to check on her she picked her head up and then said "mom I've been thinking. We have to get sugar free cupcakes. Grandma has to have some cake too and it's not fair if we get the regular cake!"
A sweet thought to end a sweet evening. Good night my sweet daughter.

Oh my Sweet Sam, thank you so much for thinking of Grandma. I love your idea and I say that we go sugar free on everything.

I love you!
